ROBERTO is an amazing tour guide! My parents and I had an excellent time. It was my parents' first time in Pisa and I'm very glad it turned out to be a private tour so they can be fully catered to. Roberto was not only very knowledgeable about the history of the place, but also has strong emotional intelligence. He was so enthusiastic about answering my dad's questions regarding the history, and also very patient with my mom when she wanted to take pictures or go on a slower pace. He was so considerate and attentive. It really made our first visit to Pisa so amazing.

We were fortunate to be the only couple on the tour. Roberto our guide was knowledgeable, grew up in Pisa which made for an outstanding tour. It was worth the monies. Just know that to go up the tower you can not take any bags or purses. There is a cloakroom to obtain a locker to secure your belongings. You can take camera but no camera bag. You can take your cell phone to take pictures too. They allow only 30 people every 15 minutes to enter. You must have your green pass or certificate of vaccination. You will also be scanned for metal objects; this is mandatory.

Our guide, Roberto was amazing! A great communicator and incredibly thorough. So much knowledge about the Miracle Square. We really enjoyed our afternoon with our guide. He took photos of us in all the right places and is multi-lingual. He texted and even picked us up at our hotel. I cannot say enough wonderful things about our guide, tour and afternoon. Being able to skip the lines was also a huge plus. Thank you Roberto for a very educational and lovely afternoon.

Carolina guided us around the Square of Miracles in Piza in the weekend two weeks ago. What a passionate guide! She is very knowledgeable and also very nice. We got to know so much and all this was delivered in an interesting way!

Roberto was an excellent guide. Very informative. Communicated with me ahead of time to confirm the meeting place. We really enjoyed our time with him.
