Full description

Itinerary: - Pick up from local accommodation, 15 min drive to the farm. - Welcome drinks are served, a selection of local wine and refreshments. Hands-On Pasta Making: - Roll up your sleeves and get hands-on experience kneading and shaping the dough! following the chefs demonstration. - Personalised guidance and assistance to ensure perfect pasta every time. Tour of the Farm (Optional): - While we let the dough rest, take a stroll through our picturesque olive farm and gardens. - Pick fresh herbs, vegetables, and other ingredients from our garden to use in your pasta sauce. Cooking and Tasting: - Gather around the table while the pasta is cooking. - Enjoy the pasta you've made accompanied by the sauce of the day and local wine. - Last of all, a sweet treat. Enjoy a local desert!  Take home with you: - Recipe cards and tips to recreate the pasta dishes at home! Special request are welcome!

This was a great experience. Dario was very nice at teaching us how to make pasta. The wine and other foods were lovely. They took pictures and sent them to us which was a lovely touch

We very much enjoyed our Italian pasta making experience! Elena and her son Dario were the consummate hosts, showing us around their beautiful farm and offering amazing hospitality and delicious food.
