Sabrina was our guide, she was very informative, knowledgeable and funny. She made the stories very interesting. The only thing I would change is the tasting part, those minutes in the Market I would rather spend them doing something else. After the tasking we decided to eat at the market local dishes and cheaper than everywhere else in the historic areas. Then we started walking to each of the important places which Sabrina highlighted in the map (thank you for that). We had time to go to every one of them (just for the picture, don’t even think about enter the museums) and go back on time to the meeting points. After Florence we went to Pisa, we spent there about one hour (you really don’t need that much), we had time for the pictures, eat a gelato a few blocks away and use restroom which Sabrina was always making sure we all knew where they were. We were in a cruise ship, so the trip was perfect to see Florence and Pisa in the same day. Overall very good value for the tour!!

I recently had the pleasure of taking this guided tour with Vanessa as my tour guide, and it was an exceptional experience. The food tasting was a highlight of the tour, allowing me to indulge in typical Florentine cuisine that was both fun and adventurous. Each dish was a delightful exploration of flavors, making the tasting not just enjoyable but also a culinary adventure. The selection of wine was perfectly complementing the delicious food. Vanessa's knowledge of Florence was impressive. She shared fascinating facts about the city's rich history, its stunning monuments, and the charming houses that line its streets. Her ability to answer all of my questions with ease added depth to the tour, making it both informative and engaging. Vanessa's enthusiasm and expertise truly enhanced the experience, and I thoroughly enjoyed every moment. This tour was a wonderful way to experience the beauty and culture of Florence, and I highly recommend it.

Very nice guide and driver. Touring Florence was very nice with a guide who was local and knowledgeable. About the transportation, the van was completely full and I had to use the middle jump seat by the driver, which was not very comfortable for 3-4 hours each way trip. However, we did purchase the tickets last minute and that seemed to have been the reason. But, we had stops and everything went great! I highly recommend this group. Perhaps purchasing the tickets ahead of time is best to get a good seat on their van.

Dilara was lovely and gave us super local (not tourist) tips for stores and food of Florence ! 😊. The experience was unique and food (included in the price) was great!

The guide Cinzia was super. He showed us and explained many details of the city with great enthusiasm.
