    Benedetta has good communication skills and it was a pleasure to listen her. However, since the streets were overcrowded and the agency haven't provided any headphones it was difficult to listen. I wish the agency fixed this problem.

Excellent tour. The time in each place, the right one. Upon arrival in Siena, the drive through the center is appreciated. Great food and more wine. The guide, Vincenzo, a charming, friendly, funny and above all an expert in the field. I would repeat more times.
