Our Guide called Fresh was excellent! She was so knowledgeable and engaging that the trip was even more interesting than we thought it would be. She was also a superb photographer and knew all the best spots and poses so we have some lovely memories of our trip. Fresh went above & beyond taking us to the Central Market when we couldn’t go into the National Museum and showing us local foods, teaching us some of the language. & showing us how to fold lotus flowers. We can’t recommend her highly enough! Our driver was also excellent making sure we always had cold water and patiently waiting whilst we took lots of photos. He also went out of his way to take us to the market. It was a brilliant tour!

Full description

A guide will pick you up at your hotel and drive you to Phnom Penh City. Your first stop is Wat Phnom, a 14th-century Buddhist temple. At 27 meters, it is the highest religious structure in the city. Your next destination is the Royal Palace (under renovation) – a majestic building constructed in 1866 by King Norodom. Stroll through its beautiful gardens while admiring the various pagoda style structures. The silver pagoda is named after its floor, which comprises of 5,000 silver tiles. Inside, it houses a gold Buddha encrusted with 9,584 diamonds. Finally, you will visit the National Museum – a museum dedicated to preserving the Khmer art. Among the hundreds of pieces are examples of pre and post Angkorian art.

Really good tour of Royal Palace, museum and temple with excellent commentary from our guide and comfortable air conditioned transport. The Royal Palace is a beautiful place to visit when in Phnom Penh. Museum and Wat Phnom are very interesting places to explore. I would recommend this tour
