He is very knowledgeable about the Tijuca National Park and its ecosystem as well. At the end of the activity, the shower at the natural waterfall "cachoeira das almas" is just the icing on the cake. Thanks a lot to my guide Diogo for making my day. If you book this activity ask for him as your guide. You wont be dissapointed. Highly reccomended :)

I was really glad that I booked it since it has been one of the best hikes I have ever done. The scenery is amazing the climbing bit is really cool but what really made the difference and topped up the whole experience was Jessie our guide. We really enjoyed the fact that it was just two of us and she had time for us to make our tour even better. She is an amazing picture taker and we have gorgeous memories to take back home.

Very good tour, but very exhausting. Without any hiking experience as in the description, I do not think it is correct.
