Would you like to learn the secrets of the traditional dishes of Parma cuisine? Try a hands-on cooking class and have a great time surrounded by dough, pans, good food and above all good mood!
On this day you will learn to cook, in a beautiful villa in the countryside of Parma, in a large kitchen, the typical dishes of Parma. The first dish is Tortelli d'erbetta, a pasta stuffed with ricotta cheese, herbs and Parmigiano Reggiano, the middle dish is a meat roulade made with Parma ham called Duchessa di Parma, and the last dish is sbrisolona, a tipical cake made with corn flour, butter, sugar and almonds.
You will learn how to prepare the dough and the filling with the help of local cooks: the “rezdore”. We will then have the pleasure of sitting down at the table to enjoy what we have prepared together, with other local products and a glass of good wine. The cooking class can be made both for lunch and dinner. The suggested menu can be adapted according to your preferences and needs.
