Enjoy a unique, visual tour in English as you embark on a spectacular multimedia show to learn just how Paris became Paris. This film mixes air footage shots by Yann Arthus Bertrand and narration by Jean Réno and shows the secrets and unusual places related to this city's history.
Paris Story, a theater of 130 seats, is the 'Edu-tainment' way to discover Paris, giving you an emotional and intimate insight into the soul of the city. Discover the joys and tragedies which have moulded Paris into the city it is today from the invasions, to the Renaissance to the Storming of the Bastille and to the liberation of Paris following the second World War.
Journey through the past 2000 years of victories and defeats, monarchies, Empires and Republics, revolutions and restorations. From the beginning of its history to the foundation of the contemporary city, you will discover many hidden stories, monuments and places.

Know Before You Go
The museum is open every day of the year and offers English-speaking staff for those who are not familiar with French.
There is a souvenirs boutique in the museum selling guide books, postcards, posters, and magnets etc. DVDs of the film and interactive simulation of the 3D model of Paris are also available for sale.
Shows run hourly from 10:00 to 18:00.
