The process of buying and getting the ticket was nice and easy. On the day of the visit, I truly skip the line and was able to enjoy the visits at both location. The plus side, I didn't have to print the ticket, I just showed the voucher on my phone.

***Note this review is only for L’Orangerie, as closed Orsay unexpectedly early, and we did not get to go in. L’Orangerie was amazing…we went at 9:30a and it wasn’t busy at all. We got to see Monet’s Lilies with no one standing in front of us, and it was truly incredible. I’m sure Orsay would’ve been fantastic too.

    5 January 2022

We arrived early at the Musee de L'Orangerie and had to queue to get to a person checking tickets, who then told us to come back 5 minutes before our time slot. Fair enough, but the queue grew and we had to queue again to get into the Orangerie, so that was a bit disappointing when the ticket we had bought was called "skip-the-line!.. however it is a small place, so the queuing was understandable. Absolutely no problem showing the vouchers to access the museum. There was no queue at the Musee d'Orsay the next day, but it was really crowded, so I don't think numbers were being so strictly controlled; it's a bigger building, but we still had to wait patiently to see some of the more popular paintings. Overall I would recommend this ticket, it was a substantial saving on the price of individual tickets for the two galleries. Just don't bank on being able to skip the line.
