Summit ticket holders will have to wait in line on the 2nd floor to access the summit's elevators. In high season, this wait can be up to an additional 20 minutes.
The guided part of this tour ends on the 2nd floor of the Eiffel Tower.

Full description

Begin your Eiffel Tower visit by meeting your guide and listening to an introduction about the monument's history. Head up to the 2nd floor by elevator and marvel at the sprawling city views that unfurl in front of you as you make your way up this iconic landmark. After the tour of the 2nd floor, head to the elevators to the summit. At the top, enjoy free time to take in the views of the famous monuments that can be seen the Eiffel Tower summit. See Notre Dame Cathedral, rocadéro Gardens, and the golden dome of the Hôtel des Invalides. On your way back down to ground level, make sure to stop off on the 1st floor observation deck, where you can walk on the new glass floor and visit the small exhibit about the Eiffel Tower.

Highly recommended if you are first timers and looking for refundable tickets, brief information of Eiffel tower, other important sites in Paris and guidance through ticketing queues and security checks. Overall a nice experience. Suggestion from my side is you can give a very small souvenir at the end of tour to every customer to make them feel satisfied for the cost they pay to utilize your service

The service is well organized, the guides were punctual. We were entrusted to Pepe for an English tour. He was clear and very nice, he explained in detail the whole history of the Eiffel Tower and many curiosities. We took the tour early in the morning, so waiting times were also short. I advise.

The Eiffel Tower is and remains impressive. But also overcrowded. The waiting times (both at the entrance and in front of each elevator) are unreasonable and not for small children. A little tip: It's really worth booking as early as possible or very late! Going to the Eiffel Tower Lights in the evening was a wonderful end to a wonderful trip for all of us.
