Please don’t say “voucher needs to be exchanged” and then just leave it there without any instructions how to do that. I was thinking that GetYourGuide was fraud. Until I called someone from this business and they said they were going to change it themselves. Instead the page should mention that they are going to send you the real ticket a night before. All this ticket-voucher system is very confusing.

This experience allowed us to get into the Louvre on a “restricted acccess” day when there were no online tickets available through the museum itself and tickets were not being sold at the museum. We were unable to do the cruise due to high water levels, but we were refunded for that portion of the experience. It was still well worth it.

Our host was very easy to find and very helpful when navigating the Louvre. He told us things to make sure to see first and hidden gems no one thinks about. The instructions on the sheet to find the river tour later were very helpful as well. Having skip the line turned out to be very helpful and enjoyable because we were only in line for about 5 minutes versus the 3 hours that others would be. Overall it was a very positive experience and I would recommend it to others.
