weather was exceptional, our guide was patient and friendly however when we were dropped off at the cruise the cruise had left without us and there was 36 of us who didn't get to use our prepaid tickets

Ragula was a fantastic guide. She was friendly, informative and willing to entertain people’s questions. The two hour tour covered a lot of Zurich history but in a way that did not feel overwhelming.

The tour guide and route was excellent. What a lovely city. And there was a special band playing during the tour by chance! Thank you!
