The trip was amazing! Best excursion I had on this island yet. The guide Michalis is very knowledgeable - you will get many historical facts, facts about the nature and even some intro to greek music. I loved the safari-like experience and during the whole day you’ll see a bit of everything: incredible nature and stunning views for your photos, local lifestyle, one of the most incredible and sacred monasteries I have ever visited, an off-road trip through mountain serpentines. I never felt rushed during the trip. And the time just flew by in a very natural flow. Also, it is very nice and considerate that Michalis takes account travelers expectations towards the excursion and objects to visit. The communication before the excursion via WhatsUp was also fluent and convenient. I would recommend it as a primary excursion, if you want to experience the real Cyprus in just the flash of 1 day!

Experience a 4x4 Land Rover Defender and head to traditional villages that are tucked away in the Troodos Mountains. Pause at a 500-year-old Venetian bridge by the river in the heart of Paphos Forest. See important monuments that have both cultural and spiritual significance for the people of Cyprus and the history of Christianity. Take a scenic walk to admire picturesque waterfalls. Visit the beach where the ancient Greeks envisioned the birth of Aphrodite (the goddess of love, beauty, and fertility), emerging from the waves. Michalis was the perfect guide on this wonderful trip. He managed to pack so much into the day to ensure we had the best time but we never felt rushed. I learned so much about Cyprus, the landscape and the history. As we were a small group I enjoyed the the relaxed atmosphere which gave us the space to get to know Michalis and the other passengers. Michalis has extensive experience conducting tours in the area and I wish him well as he now runs his own personalised tours.
