From Paphos: Blue Lagoon Bus and Water Slide Boat Day Trip

I never imagined I would get to see so many beautiful places around this area, especially in October (when usually that month it is expected to be autumn and colder, yet it was still summer) . The trip was more than amazing: me and my friend were picked up from the University of Pafos and after the bus was full we went to the city of Polis, just one hour drive. The city was lovely and had many restaurants. From its port we left for Blue Lagoon on a big ship, we enjoyed the trait from 30 minutes, the environment was getting more wild until we arrived in this little paradise. It looked like a swimming pool and company let us stay for one hour and provide some fresh cut fruits. After that we went back to Polis to have lunch and last but not least we visited the Aphrodite baths, situated inside this marvellous park. I really wanna thank the tour guide, very kind and available. For this price the trip is more than convenient.

Incredible experience! The weather was perfect. Our guide Galina was awesome! She shared lots of her knowledge with us about local plants, animals, myths and other fun things and I loved her vibe, soothing voice and sense of humour. She also recommended a really good restaurant to dine at. The bus ride was great - comfortable and with air conditioning. We made stops at a shipwreck and Aphrodites baths which were okay for a commemorative photo before catching cruise to Blue Lagoon. The water there was crystal clear so you can see schools of fish swiming with you. All people - guide, bus driver, captain and his crew were really friendly and helpful. The only thing to mention is to take your own snorkelling equipment as the crew only provided the googles and no breathing tube (I guess for hygiene purposes). I am really surprised by people's kindness in Cyprus in general, it left a big impression and makes me want to come back again. This trip is a day well spent and definitely worth it.
