Start your tour at the meeting point where you will have the chance to meet your fun and friendly guide. Ride through the wide pedestrian area of the magnificent Neoclassical building of the Zappeion hall before making a brief stop outside the Presidential Mansion to enjoy the unique event of the change of the guards. Finish off your tour in front of the Temple of Olympian Zeus and take memorable photos with Hadrian's Arch and the Acropolis above as your picturesque background.

You’ll be picked up at your centrally located Athens hotel and begin your full-day and zero-carbon tour with a visit to Panathinaikos Stadium, where the first modern Olympic Games were held in 1896. The museum houses more than 4,000 artifacts from the Acropolis site, and its exhibits cover the Greek Bronze Age as well as the Roman and Byzantine periods.

You can marvel at the Temple of Poseidon, which perched upon the cliff’s edge 70 meters above the sea. Later, walk the blessed earth of Sounion, one of the places sung about it in Homer’s Odyssey. You can then stand upon the same cliff where it is said King Aegeus threw himself off. The tale is told in Greek mythology that Aegeus told his son Theseus that if he defeated the Minotaur, he should return to Athens with ships bearing white sails. Theseus forgot this request, and when Aegeus saw Theseus’ black sails, he threw himself from the Sounion in despair. While here, you can watch the sunset over this legendary horizon.
