  • Panama: All-Inclusive Taboga Island Catamaran Cruise

    1. Panama: All-Inclusive Taboga Island Catamaran Cruise

Meet at the Balboa Yacht Club to begin your all-inclusive day tour on a catamaran. Take a 45-minute cruise to the Island of Taboga and enjoy breathtaking views of the Panama City skyline, Cinta Costera, and ships waiting to cross the Panama Canal while having light snacks. After reaching Taboga, sail to the backside of the island to a secret spot where an amazing bay with beautiful natural views is waiting for you. Have the opportunity to jump off the boat and have your first swim. There is also stair access from the boat to the water in case you don't feel like diving right in. After some water fun, climb back into the boat to enjoy a cold beer and lie in the boat's nets or dance with the crew while you sail towards the town side of the island. Dock so you can head to the beach and visit the small village of Taboga. Spend time on the beach relaxing or getting a game of volleyball in. ...

An amazing excursion. The captain, the crew and the other passengers made this a great excursion. The Island itself is suffering from low business after Covid, so please get off the boat and go into the town for a walk and some souvenirs. They work extra hard to make it clean. We had a delightful lunch at a little outdoor restaurant that had a delightful whole fried sea bass. A few icy cold beers and some time on the beach and we were back on the boat. The lunch they served was simple, yet tasty. Did not eat much since we ate on the Island. It is a great value for the price. Even though it is open bar and music it is great for kids (families) The net on the back of the boat will be a hit with the kids. *side note. The boat is SUPER clean and they follow all covid protocols. Very impressed with how efficient the whole tour was.

This was our first trip to Panama City and taking a tour of the city was a great way to learn about it. Our guide Tony was awesome and very knowledgeable. He took us to the Canal, Old Town Panama City and several other spots. We ended the tour at a local open market seafood restaurant that he recommended and the food was delicious. We would definitely suggest taking the tour with Tony.

We really enjoyed our trip with a local guide Mario. Mario is very knowledgeable and kept us informed and entertained all day long. The trip was supposed to last for 6 hours but it took nearly 8 hours which is plus. The only downside was the lunchtime. There's a lunch included but we went for lunch at 6pm. Not a big deal if you know this upfront and bring some snack with you. Looking forward to another tour with Mario. Thanks
