What people are saying about Pals
Very beautiful areas. Unfortunately, it was a very rainy day. Or time at Costa Brava, while beautiful, was so wet and rainy that it was hard to enjoy. We ended up treating ourselves to a nice lunch with beautiful views. Trip to Girona was better because it wasn't raining as much there. It's a fun town to walk around in. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the area. For my taste, he talked too much. I felt somewhat like I was being lectured to. A very nice man, passionate about his are, but could relax a little on the constant talk.
We had Steven as our guide and it was a wonderful trip! Steven told us so much about the history of the areas we visited, the current political climate in Catalunya, without any prejudice, I might add. We enjoyed our very long day immensely and felt quite happy with the tour that we chose. Steven was so friendly and accommodating, easy-going, and easy to talk to. And a very good guide and driver! We would highly recommend this tour!
This tour is a great opportunity to visit a huge area of Costa Brava and it is a good combination of different and contrasted places. Nature and history are mixed and turns into a very good experience with a very good taste at the end of the day. Places are gorgeous and is full of very interesting explanations. Recommended!
Really recommend this tour. Lovely to visit a coastal town, a medieval town and the wonderful Dali museum. Great balance of guided walking tour and free time to explore. Very comfortable coach. The guide was excellent - good humoured, well informed, communicative. She made this a really special day.
