Sara was very professional and at the same time super friendly. She made us feel absolutely at ease and was patiently working with my 10 year old and I to capture some of the best pictures at the most scenic locations of the beautiful Geneva. Highly recommend Sara! My son and I both loved her infectious smile and personality.

Guide knows the place. Lots of interesting historical facts. Regarding the reservation...it says that there is a meeting point or they look for you at your hotel but it does not say that if you are not in a downtown hotel it does not apply. They should improve it.
