Knossos palace is a must see whilst in Crete. The guide on the bus there and at the Site were extremely knowledgeable. The only slight downside is that you don’t get long in Heraklion after the palace (2.5 hours), and if you’re planning on going to the museum there can sometimes be a queue to get in, which means you don’t have long around the actual museum and then have even less time to go into Heraklion to walk around/look for something to eat. However still a great trip that we really enjoyed
