Lizzie did a terrific job. Tour was just about the right duration (2 hours) and for us the right amount of information mixed with some funny stories and expert Q&A. It was a cold day and the tour had several stops inside buildings that made it pleasant. Highly recommended.

The tour was overall very entertaining and enjoyable, as our guide had lots of knowledge and fun add-one about life at Oxford, however, I was expecting to see more interiors of the building, less of the exteriors. We had booked this tour specifically to see the Bodleian Library, however, that was apparently not a part of the tour despite it saying that online. I’m still glad that we did it for the interesting facts and information, however, if you are looking to just see the buildings, I would recommend individually booking tours into them, instead of doing an informational tour like this one.

Very interesting visit, with relevant and very clear explanations from our guide (Lizzie), as well as some advice and anecdotes from her experience as a former Oxford student. We were able to discover some pretty buildings and visit a few places that we will remember, but we would have happily wanted to see even more!
