Shelly was an absolute gem of a tour guide! She was super pleasant picking us up for our guided tour. Shelly was very informative during our tour and even took us to the most amazing little bakery for lunch!

Walk down to Luna Island for views of the American and Bridal falls as well. Upgrade your experience and see the falls up close on a Maid of the Mist boat tour, heading into the center of the thundering Horseshoe Falls. The tour was fantastic. Our guide, Joe was educational, fun, and polite. We were a little surprised at it being a group tour as there was no mention upon booking but lunch with a total stranger turned out to be an amusing twist. The only thing I feel could have been better was the lunch at the Skylon tower. With that view and how highly spoken of they are, we had greater expectations. We were given 3 meal options of which my husband and I chose 2, both were greatly disappointing. Im not sure if its because it's part of a tour they didn't put in as much care or if that actually is their standard. However, we understand that it is not our guides fault that the meal was subpar which is why we chose not to reflect that in our star rating. None the less we canceled our dinner reservations there for the following day.
Experience the beauty of Niagara Falls from different perspectives on a 4-hour sightseeing tour. Go on the Maid of the Mist boat tour and enjoy a meal at the Hard Rock Cafe. After meeting your tour guide in front of the Hard Rock Cafe, enjoy a tour of Niagara Falls on the American side. Enjoy many different views of the waterfall and experience a powerful sight to remember. Board the Maid of the Mist boat for an exciting ride around Niagara Falls. Feel the thunderous power of the water and the mist on your face. A light poncho will be provided by the Maid of the Mist for your comfort. This is one of the most exciting parts of the day. Learn the origin of Niagara Falls and see sights such as the Floral Clock and Botanical Gardens. Discover more about the Thousand Islands and Whirlpool Rapids. Note that in winter the tour visits the Niagara Adventure Theater instead of Maid of the Mist...

The guide Micol was very nice and professional, also she gave us some tips during the trip. The hotel in Niagara Falls was regular with bad breakfast. Only 1,5 hour in the outlet, it is not enough. The bus is not very comfortable. But the tour is totally worth it.

First of all our tour guide was by far the best guide ever, and we’ve been on a bunch of tours all over the world. Although the helicopter ride was cool, and offered a view like no other, I would have liked a lower altitude view. We really enjoyed our lunch, and loved the view. We had a last minute substitution for the boat ride, and at first we were disappointed, but it was a very fair trade, and we had a great time while picking up the boat ride on our own the next day. Wonderful tour!!
Our guide Vinny was amazing!!! He provided so much information and stories about the area and kept the tour light and fun. The best part of the tour is definitely the boat and getting up close with both the American and Canadian falls and getting soaked but each stop on the tour had its own special views from various perspectives as well. I can’t believe we waited so long to do this. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This was the way to go. Nick our tour guide was very nice and knowledgeable about many of the areas we exhibited.
It was a wonderful experience was more than what i imagined.
Very informative and lots of fun. Plan to get wet!!
