1. Check-In: Upon arrival 30 minutes to departure time, guests check in at our kiosk on shore at the Waterfront Promenade behind the delta Grand Hotel. Each participant is required to fill out a safety waiver before the activity. 2. Boarding the Boat: Guests are guided down to the dock where they are greeted by our crew and are fitted with life jackets before boarding the boat. Flyers may be grouped and sat next to their flying partners on the boat. 3. Departure and Briefing: The boat sets off from the dock and heads out on the lake while your Captain provides a detailed safety briefing and what to expect for your parasail adventure. 4. Preparation for Flight: Guests are assisted into their harnesses, and the crew then inflates the parachute. 5. Takeoff: The first group to fly is assisted onto the back of the boat platform. As the boat picks up speed, the captain controls the winch and the parasailers gradually ascend into the sky, lifted by the gentle pull of the parachute. 6. In Flight Experience: Once airborne, guests experience the thrill of soaring high above the water up to 300ft for a duration of approximately 10 minutes . They can enjoy panoramic views of the lake, cityscape, and surrounding mountains. 7. Optional Water Dip: Depending on preference and seasonality, guests may have the opportunity to have their legs dipped into the water while parasailing, adding an extra element of excitement to the experience. 8.Landing: After a thrilling flight, guests are gently lowered back onto the boat's deck, assisted by the crew members. 9. Disembarkation and Farewell: Once all parasailers have flown and are safely back on the boat, we return to the dock and disembark. Sailing is a life changing experience! The afternoon sun warms your skin, as it filters across the deck. The boat gently turns with your subtle touch at the wheel. Her sails fill as you respond to the gathering winds. You feel fully alive in the dancing diamond field of light and waves. You will learn how to read the winds, feel the waves, and guide a large sailing yacht into the warm waters of Okanagan Lake. We provide lots of opportunities over four hours to learn some of the skills to sail a modern sailboat. And it is is unbelievably beautiful! The scenery is spectacular, from the many developed wineries on The Naramata Bench to the wild natural areas and park. Photographers will love it! The lake is warm and clean. You will love when we anchor up to go for a swim or for a paddleboard. It is the perfect experience to spend a day in the outdoors to create family memories or incredible encounters with friends. Our previous guests have loved it! We can accommodate up to six guests. Please contact us if you would like a private booking for your group. Anam Cara is very roomy with a large shaded cockpit and cabin (3 bedrooms, galley and salon), two bathrooms, and a spacious deck to soak up the sun. Meet us at the wharf for the Naramata Marina. It is located just west of Manitou Park in the village of Naramata BC (a beautiful short drive from Penticton, BC). You can park in Manitou Park or on one of the streets nearby. We will pick you up via tender for the two minute ride to the sailboat. We provide your PFD, paddleboards, water, sparkling water, and lots of space in our fridge. Please bring what you like to drink or eat (beer or wine is fine), sunglasses, sunscreen, a hat, rain jacket or windbreaker, layers for warmth on cooler days, running/tennis/water shoes (no sandals please!), swimwear and towel.

Day 1 In the morning, we will first head to Hope Town, and then pass through the town of Merritt and head to visit the famous local “VQA” rare wine winery. Shortly after, we will head to Kelowna, the hometown of Fruits in BC, and pass by the Okanagan Lake. Finally, we will return to Revelstoke. Itinerary: Vancouver → Hope Town (30 mins) → Merritt (Pass by) → Kelowna → Winery (45 mins) → Okanagan Lake (Pass by) → Revelstoke / Salmon Arm Hotel:Hilltop Inn Salmon Arm; Comfort Inn & Suites Salmon Arm; Sandman Hotel Revelstoke; similar Day 2 Itinerary: Revelstoke / Salmon Arm → Glacier National Park (Pass-by) → Yoho National Park (Pass-by) → Banff National Park → Lake Louise (120 mins, including lunch time and sightseeing time)→ Moraine Lake (15 mins) → Banff Gondola (60 mins) → Bow Falls (15 mins) → Banff Town (60 mins) Special Note: 1. The opening time of Moraine Lake is from June to mid-October. If it is not open during the tour, the scenic spot will be cancelled, and the tour time of Louise Lake will be increased accordingly. 2. Due to the operation and maintenance of the Banff Gondola, the dates departing from 06/10/2024 (Monday) and 08/26/2024 (Monday) will be changed to the Louise Lake cable car. In order to ensure the safety and travel experience of guests, and in combination with the actual situation of the scenic spot, we have made the following adjustments to the "Banff Series" and "Vancouver Calgary Distance Entry and Exit" Banff Bus Tour products after careful consideration.
