The Green Grotto Caves are among Jamaica's most prominent natural attractions. Featuring a large labyrinthine limestone cave, the Green Grotto is filled with numerous rock formations, stalactites and stalagmites.
You'll descend into the Green Grotto, which is 1,525 m (5,000 ft) long and 12 m (40 ft) deep. Explore the numerous chambers and light holes, and marvel at the subterranean Grotto Lake, deep inside the cave.
Discover the rich history of the caves, which cover an enormous area (26 hectares/65 acres) between the coastal resorts of Ocho Rios and Montego Bay.
