  • Languedoc: Tour and Tasting at Domaine de Baronarques

    2. Languedoc: Tour and Tasting at Domaine de Baronarques

Dive into centuries of winemaking tradition with a tour of the Domaine de Baronaques. Our cards were ready for us to collect when we went to the Tourist Office. However, had we known in advance, we could probably have collected them from our hotel. Despite having an empty box to request where the pass could be collected, no 'suggestions' were forthcoming. I was advised that I could not collect them from the airport when I entered that in the box. Detailing planning of visits sometimes required to prevent disappointment on Mondays when some museums are shut. The use of the card, albeit we had a Premium, alleviated any necessity to search for cash or credit cards when hopping on and off public transport or entering attractions.

What people are saying about Occitanie

The activity consists of a tour of the vineyards and the winery, where we learn a little about its history. Then, we tasted 3 wines: a white and two reds. When booking the language options were French or English, but when we arrived at the winery one of the hostesses spoke in Spanish, so we could choose that language :) The place is incredible and the attention is excellent. It lasted approx. 40 'and we pay € 10 per person. It was a wonderful experience. We highly recommend !!

Very enriching walk on Camargue culture and full of surprises ... Small gourmet break also very popular. I recommend the Martial guide who is unbeatable and full of humor and he shares his local culture with you with passion and sympathy. If he comes to Brittany we will pay him a visit in our turn unless we decide to stay in the area we will meet him with pleasure on his secret beach!

An original way to discover the city and look up to its treasures that we might not see otherwise. Be careful, the puzzles are sometimes a little complicated ... But that adds spice to the walk

I really enjoyed this trip - Paul, our guide was really good and funny. Staff amazingly helpful as they picked me up and dropped me off at the station - thanks again guys! Recommended

nice guide! nice tour and tasting of a good product: we recommend! an option on a longer and wilder circuit would be a plus.
