Amazing tour, VERY knowledgeable guide. He walked us through the mezcaleria and showed us how the mezcal is made. He teaches you how to properly taste and appreciate the notes in the mezcal. The tour does include a barrel bus ride to where they grow their agave, beautiful photo ops. There was also a stop at a pulqueria where you can try traditional non alcoholic agave drinks. Our guide accommodated our request for lunch and took us to a local market that was 👌🏽🤤
3 hours of free time in Hierve el Agua to enjoy the site and swimming, it's perfect! The mezcal tasting is quick and efficient but a little light in terms of tasting. Despite everything, it was a good discovery day not too long. Departure 9am - Return 4pm.
Very good tour around Oaxaca land. Margarita, our guide, was very nice and knowledgeable. The tour was 8 hours long and worth it. Recommended to spent a day if you don't have your own car.
