Muck was a great guide who clearly knew his content. He was super friendly and really engaged with our four kids, answering all their questions. He was a fount of knowledge about Uluru, from the geological Origins to the fascinating cultural significances to the local Anangu people. Mick shared with us many of the important legends and stories and was very respectful of the several areas where some information and pictures are forbidden. Mick even dropped in a lost hat one of our kids left on the coach later that evening and sent us a direct message to ensure we picked it up at reception of our hotel! We finished up the day with a great view of Uluru at sunset, along with some light refreshments, soft drinks a for the kids and some nibbles for the adults.

The tour included not only the history of the RFDS, but also the bombing of Darwin in 1942. Hologram presentations and virtual reality experiences really brought the exhibitions to life and complemented the static displays. It was fun to actually sit in a plane formerly used by the RFDS and listen to recordings of real-life conversations between medical and flight staff as a patient was transported to hospital. I enjoyed my visit very much and thought it was great value for money.

Wonderful experience, was not enough takers for our tour, so received a free upgrade to Secret sites and sunset with wine tour. Great experience and learnt a lot about aboriginal people and why Uularu is so culturally important to’em.

Awesome experience. Lots of time to view and take amazing photos. People running the event excellent in their assistance.
