Enjoy an amazing adventure through the beautiful and diverse Amazon Jungle to the enigmatic Ipanema River area, spotting the unique Amazonian flora and fauna. Pension of the Ipanema is 100 kilometers (62 miles) from Manaus, an approximate driving time of 3 hours by car and speedboat. The Lodge is on the banks of the Negro River and has a guest lounge area, restaurant, and seating for up to 50 guests. Packages include accommodation, round trip transfer from Manaus, all meals (full board), and bilingual guided activities as outlined below. Daily breakfast features a buffet with seasonal fruits and juices, bread, milk and coffee. Lunch and dinner feature grilled meat or chicken, regional fish, salads, pasta, rice, juices and soft drinks. Alcoholic beverages are not included.

Depart Salvador and journey for around 1 hour by ferry to Itaparica Island. Then take a 2-hour drive to the city of Valencia, and continue by speedboat to what is affectionately known as "The Hill" by Bahian locals. On arrival at Morro de São Paulo, discover beaches of white sand, crystal-clear waters, coconut trees, and dense Atlantic forest. Relax in the off-beat location, characterized by beaches with numbers instead of names. Make the most of your trip to Morro de São Paulo Island and avoid the stress of planning your travel to or from Salvador. With your pre-booked transfer service, enjoy pickup from your Salvador hotel or the airport, then sit back and relax as your driver does all the work. After pickup from Salvador before 1:15PM, enjoy a ride in a comfortable and air-conditioned vehicle to the maritime terminal. From here, board a shared boat that takes you over to Itaparica Island. Once there, relax during the 2-hour car drive to Valença city followed by a 15-minute shared speedboat ride to Morro de São Paulo Island. The return journey takes the same route back.

Meet the guide at your hotel in the morning. Then, relax on a jeep drive from Barreirinhas to the Lencois Maranhenses National Park, known for its vast sand dunes and desert landscapes. Arrive at the park and start walking from a lagoon. Walk across the sand to another lagoon. Stop at a local restaurant in the middle of an oasis to enjoy a delicious lunch. After eating, head outside to watch the beautiful sunset over the dunes. Admire the colorful sky as the sun goes down. Finally, get back into the jeep and drive back to your hotel in Barreirinhas to finish the activity.

This is a afternoon half day tour to Lençóis with sunset experience We start the hotel pick ups in Barreirinhas at approximately 2 pm and after everyone is embarked we'll drive for one hour until reaching our destination; the Bonita Lagoon tourist center There we´ll find a small village with local business such as hand made souvenir shops and family owned snack stands and also the site of the famous Bonita Lagoon staircase. At the top of the stairs you´ll be able too get a full view to the breathtaking beauty of the park! Then it will be time to explore the lagoons! Your guide will take you for a short walk around the area to visit 2 or 3 lagoons where you´ll have free time to swim (around 40 minutes in each lagoon) And after all that we´ll climb the highest dune of the region to enjoy the amazing Lençois sunset before heading back to the city *Please note that the pick up time is approximate. Discover a hidden side of Lençóis Maranhenses with our unique full day tour. Come explore the best the region has to offer with us! An expedition to admire different scenarios of the paradise of Santo Amaro - Lençóis Maranhenses. Departure from Barreirinhas to Santo Amaro starts at 7:45 am and can go until approximately 8:45 am - deppending on the hotels locations. Upon arrival in Santo Amaro we will do a short trip on 4X4 car over the dunes, lasting approx. 10 to 15 minutes until we reach the first lagoons (Lagoa do Peixe, Lagoa da Andorinha and Lagoa da Gaivota - The lagoons visited may change according to the season). Around 1 pm we will stop for lunch (meal not included) and some rest before we continue our visit to the other lagoons (This circuit lasts the whole day and includes a pause fot susnset views acordding to the weather).
