Gareth---- AMAZING 👏 👏. One hour prior to reserved timeslot, was told Ian would be late one hour due to prior client's medical problem. Normally wouldn't be a problem, but we had a train to catch. An immediate replacement was found (Gareth), and we couldn't have been happier. Gareth was friendly, very knowledgeable, and took great photos of us at all the sites. He truly provided great insight on the lives of each member, that we have a deeper respect of their talents. Highly recommended !!!

Our guide was great, knowledgeable and accommodating to the passengers. We learned a lot and saw some remarkable views. The only thing that could be improved was the van. I sat in a seat that was not by either window and the seats in front of me were way taller than my head. Therefore I was craning to see from all angles, with no hope of seeing out the front and looking around someone to see out either side. It was also hard to get out of the van, no railing.

Great to see the Anfield pitch so close and also getting to walk down the players tunnel and touch the ‘This is Anfield’ sign. Getting inside the players dressing room and also the opposition dressing room. Getting inside the museum and seeing all the history & all the trophies won by the club. A dream come true for me

It was excellent everyone was really helpful to my wife who has mobility problems and they went above and beyond to help her and put her at ease and made it a enjoyable experience

Our guide was so knowledgeable. A very good driver and great musical playlist.
