The air in the bus broke down and they did NOT fix it, we spoke to the agency during the trip and they did NOT change it super badly. Besides, it does not go to Napa alone in Sonoma. Only the driver's attention is very good

it was not clear what the ticket included. supposedly the madame tussauds museum was included but it was not true. people were not well trained
