This experience was fantastic! I had no idea what to expect, and I’m so glad I went. Hyde was incredibly patient and provided detailed explanations to ensure I understood the process and the reasons behind it. He also shared his insights on the different fish we bought, the knives he uses and their specific purposes, dining etiquette, and more. 💯 recommend it! Making your own sushi with fresh fish you just bought from the fish market is an experience like no other. I’m excited to apply what I learned when I return home and will continue practicing.

We had an excellent day with our guide Hamzah. We only had one day to explore Kyoto and Nara and the very knowledgeable Hamzah led us to all the key spots and had great tips on accessing sites and local knowledge on restaurants, local cuisine and even coffee! It was a very enjoyable day and very convenient for us. We particularly enjoyed the Nara deer forest and shrine away from the town and train station, and a slightly random rickshaw ride for a great photo in the bamboo forest. Great memories and thanks for the local tips.

Here’s a polished version of your review: We had an amazing tour around Kyoto with Nadu as our driver. He was fantastic—professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. We visited six different sites, and the itinerary was very well planned, allowing us to see a great variety of what Kyoto has to offer. The car was spacious and incredibly comfortable, which made the journey perfect for our group of five. Everything about the experience was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended—100%

We had a fantastic tour with Nomi! Nomi's expertise and passion for the city were evident. He shared a wealth of knowledge about Kyoto's history, culture, and the significance of the sites we visited, making each stop not just a photo opportunity but a learning experience.
