Pickup service is available anywhere in the tourist area of Niagara Falls, Canada. Pickup and drop-off is available from any hotel, motel, B&B, Airbnb, or other accommodation on the Canadian side of Niagara Falls only. Pickup is not provided from the American side of Niagara Falls, Niagara-on-the-Lake, and Toronto. If you are staying on the American side, you can walk across Rainbow Bridge (5 minutes), where a pickup can be arranged. Parking can also be organized if you decide to drive yourself.

See the power of Niagara Falls up close, onboard the Niagara City Tours boat ride "Voyage to the Falls". Hear about the origins of the falls and see the American and Canadian power plants that run on the Niagara River's waters. Stop to admire the beautiful Floral Clock, made up of more than 16,000 carpet bedding plants. Learn about the Niagara Glen and the Whirlpool Golf Course, and enjoy fully narrated stops at the Whirlpool Rapids Observation Deck and the Brink of the Falls. Then, ascend the Skylon Tower for panoramic aerial views and descend behind the falls as feel the Horseshoe Falls cascading above you at the Journey Behind the Falls. Cruise past the American Falls and Bridal Veil Falls aboard a Hornblower Niagara cruise boat. From December to April, when the boat tour is non-operational, visit the Niagara Parks Butterfly Conservatory and Niagara's Fury attraction instead.   • If you happen to be staying on the American side there are a couple of options. Contact the local tour operator after booking to discuss
  • The Hornblower Niagara Cruise operates from April to November and is weather dependent, so this activity may be replaced with Admission to Niagara Parks Butterfly Conservatory and Niagara's Fury 4D Experience from December - April
  • Voyage To The Falls Boat 2023 schedule:
  • May 6 - June 13 (Friday to Monday from 10 AM – 6:20 PM)
  • June 17 - October 10 (daily from 8:30 AM – 8:30 PM)

Die Niagarafälle sind schon für sich ein beeindruckendes Erlebnis. Die Aktivität bündelt alles Wichtige in einem Rundumsorglospaket. Auf die Bootsfahrt darf man definitiv nicht verzichten. Die Abholung vom Hotel hat sehr gut geklappt. Eine Verzögerung von 15 min wurde vorab telefonisch angekündigt. Der Guide hat auf den Wegen zwischen den einzelnen Events viele Informationen gegeben. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Tour kann nur auf Englisch gebucht werden.

Everything went precisely as planned. The guide service provided just the right amount of time at each activity. This tour took the stress off of us purchasing separate tickets and getting to each attraction. We would have wasted time looking for parking and wasted more money paying for parking. This tour was definitely worth what we paid. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly and professional so it fun and enjoyable.

What a great time we had! Cheryl was great about communicating ahead of time. She picked us up at our hotel, started us at the skylon tower with plenty of time to look around. She then took us to the tour behind the falls, which was so awesome. And the final stop was on the boat ride, which was fantastic. She was a lovely host and it was so nice to not have to worry about arranging everything. We were able to see everything we wanted in about 4 hours.
