Day 1: Arusha - Serengeti National Park Start your safari and camping adventure with hotel pickup from Arusha in the morning. Drive to Serengeti National Park with your complimentary packed lunch. Take a game drive en route to the campsite. Discover Serengeti National Park, known for its abundance of animals and the great wildebeest migration. It's a World Heritage Site teeming with wildlife and is home to lions, leopards, elephants, cheetahs, buffalos, zebras, wildebeest, eland, wild dogs, gazelles, crocodiles, and many birds, including Eurasia migrant birds. Have dinner and stay overnight in a tent at the camp Day 2: Full Day at Serengeti After breakfast, you will go on wide-ranging morning and afternoon game drives in Serengeti National Park. Your guide will locate the flocks of migrant birds and the herds. Spot carnivores like big cats and hyenas. See the annual migration of wildebeest and zebra in action. Learn about the park as you drive and see why the Maasai gave the park the name Serengeti, which means “endless plains”. Break for lunch and dinner at the campsite and spend one more night at the Campsite. Day 3: Serengeti National Park - Ngorongoro Crater Enjoy breakfast and check out of your accommodations before taking a game drive as you make your way toward the Ngorongoro Crater. During the tour, there will be an optional visit to the Olduvai Gorge at an extra fee for the museum. Have dinner and spend the night at Ngorongoro “A” Campsite.  Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater Floor – Arusha Have an early breakfast and head to Ngorongoro Crater, where you will descend to the crater floor for game drives. See flamingos on Soda Lake and geese, storks, and vultures in the surrounding area. Then, break for lunch at the scenic Ngoitoktok Springs picnic site. After lunch, enjoy some final game viewing while ascending the crater. Finish your safari adventure with drop-off at your hotel in Arusha.

DAY 1 On this day of this magnificent safari, you will be picked up at your hotel by you're driver guide early in the morning around 6 am and drive for four hours with your lunch box to the Serengeti gates past the Ndutu area. After the Nabi gate the first gate of Serengeti you will pass by the calling grounds of wildebeests and zebras thousands of them occupy the area, You will perform a game drive for six hours and stop for lunch along the safari then afterward during sunset you will be driven to the Seronera public campsite where dinner and overnight will be. DAY 2 On this second day of our short tour, you will wake up early in the morning before breakfast around 5:30 am and perform a game drive until sunrise where chances of seeing wildlife are very high then you will get back to the campsite for breakfast and do a game drive your driver will make sure you see the great wildebeest migration, you will stop for lunch on your way out the Serengeti. During sunset, you will camp at Simba public campsite on top of the rim of the crater where dinner and overnight will be served. DAY 3 After breakfast, your driver guide will pick you up together with your packed lunch and descend down the Crater. All the BIG FIVE – Rhino, Lion, Leopard, Buffalo, and Elephant live in this wonderful caldera, others are Zebra, Hippo, Wildebeest, Hyena, and more. Birds include flamingos on the Soda Lake, Geese, Storks, Vultures, and other bird families. Your picnic lunch will be served in the Crater picnic site at Ngoitokok swamp, a Hippo pool, after lunch Proceed with afternoon game viewing. Later on, ascend the Crater and drive back to Arusha before dark,

Day 2: Serengeti national Park to Ngorongoro Conservation Area Begin the day with an early morning game drive, capitalizing on the best time to see predators in action. Return to the campsite for breakfast before breaking camp and packing up. Spend the late morning enjoying a final game drive as you make your way towards the Naabi Hill Gate. After a picnic lunch within the park, exit Serengeti and head towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Arrive at the crater rim in the afternoon, where you can take in the breathtaking views. Set up camp at the Simba Campsite and enjoy dinner, followed by a relaxing evening around the campfire, preparing for an early start the next day. Day 3: Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha After an early breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a morning game drive. This prime time allows you to witness the crater’s vibrant wildlife, including the chance to see hippos and the rare black rhino. Explore the crater floor before beginning the ascent back to the rim around midday. Enjoy a picnic lunch before starting the drive back to Arusha. ONE DAY NGORONGORO CRATER SPECIAL BIG 5 TANZANIA SAFARI-ITINERARY Early Morning: Departure from Arusha/Moshi - Pick-up and Transfer: Your exciting day begins with an early morning pick-up from your hotel in Arusha or Moshi. day 1 Arusha – Lake Manyara National Park. Pick up from your lodge / hotel in Arusha, you will drive across the floor of the Great Rift Valley to Lake Manyara National Park. This small gem of a national park hosts herds of Elephants, buffalo, Masai giraffes, zebras and a variety of antelopes that inhabit the park not forgetting a variety of monkey species and a large population of hippos that roam around the lake and occupy the lake itself. On a luck day you may see also spot the legendary tree climbing lions of Lake Manyara National Park which are well known for their tree climbing habits, lazily resting on the branches of an “Acacia tortilis” trees. The bird life is also abundant with flamingos, pelicans, horn bills and plenty of forest species. In the late afternoon your driver will take you to a lodge at Karatu for dinner and overnight. Overnight at Eileen’s Tree Inn at Karatu. Packed lunch and dinner included. Day 2 Lake Manyara - Serengeti National Park. After breakfast you proceed via the Ngorongoro Conservation Area traversing the Malanja depression towards Serengeti one of the most famous wildlife conservation areas in the world. First you will make a brief stop at the Naabi Hill Gate where you can go for a short walk at the Naabi Hill Kopjes (huge granite boulders) where you can stretch your legs as your guide sorts out the paperwork. After lunch at the picnic site at the gate you continue on game drives all afternoon at the vast Serengeti National Park, named after the ancient Masai word ‘Siringet’, which basically translates to ‘endless plains’. Truly the plains are endless indeed. Overnight at Osinon Serengeti Camp at Seronera, in Central Serengeti. All meals included. Day 3 Serengeti –Ngorongoro Conservation area. Early morning game drive at Serengeti and visit to the hippo pools and Seronera Visitor’s Center if you wish. After a hearty breakfast in the bush camp you will then proceed with your game drives in the Serengeti back tracking towards Naabi Hill Gate again until early afternoon time to cross over back to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area where you reach your lodge for dinner and overnight stay. Overnight will be back at the nice mid range lodge in Karatu; the Eileen’s Tree Inn. All meals included. Day 4 Ngorongoro Crater – Drive back Arusha town After an early morning breakfast you register again at the Loduare Main Gate and descend into the crater for a wonderful game drive (with a picnic lunch served) inside the Ngorongoro Crater at a designated picnic site. As very few animals migrate in and out of the Ngorongoro Crater with its approx 2000 ft. high walls, you can expect to see many animals at very close range including lions, zebras, hippos, elephants, jackals, rhinos, many other antelopes, as well as flamingos, and many birds and other species. After enough game drives and depending in your schedule your driver will take you back to Arusha where you will be dropped back at your hotel.

Depart Arusha around 05:00hours and drive to Ngorongoro Conservation Area At the gate, drive to the Crater Rim and spend a few minutes for an awesome view of the Crater from the top, descend into the crater floor for a day game drive. All the BIG FIVE – Rhino, Lion, Leopard, Buffalo, and Elephant live in this wonderful caldera, others are Zebra, Hippo, Wildebeest, Hyena, and more. As you journey across the vast plains, you’ll witness the endless horizons of the Serengeti, famous for the Great Migration and an abundance of predators such as lions and cheetahs. Spend the entire day on a thrilling game drive, exploring different areas of the park and observing wildlife in their natural habitat. Tarangire is well known for its large elephant herds. From the open roof of the vehicle, you will experience the seasonal swamps, savanna, and Tarangire River in search of many animals including zebra, wildebeest, buffalo, elephant, and giraffe. There is so much to see this day. Accommodation: karatu safari Camp Lodge Day 3: Serengeti National Park After breakfast, drive up the crater highlands, stopping at the rim for a spectacular view of the Ngorongoro Crater. Continuing as far as the eye can see is the vast Serengeti. Serengeti means "endless plain" and this 6900 square miles (18000 square kilometers) park is inhabited by more than two million wildebeest. Large predators including lions, cheetahs, and hyenas are drawn to the area by this abundance of prey which migrates throughout the park. Many smaller animals like rock hyrax, bat-eared foxes, mongoose, honey badgers, jackals, monkeys, baboons, and African hares also inhabit the area along with nearly 500 species of birds. Accommodation: Africa Safari Ikoma Day 4: Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Simba Camp Today, you will wake up very early in the morning for a sunrise game drive in Serengeti National Park. Later at noon, you will return back to the campsite/rest house for a brunch/lunch and then you will continue with the afternoon game drive. Later in the late afternoon, you will drive to Simba campsite in Ngorongoro for an overnight stay. Accommodation: Africa Safari Ikoma Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater Today, you will wake up very early to do an early morning safari before breakfast to spot the animals when they are more active and also to have a fantastic sunrise in front of you. The sunrise in the African Savannah is one of the most beautiful experiences one can have. You will then travel to Ngorongoro Crater, inhabited by almost every species of wildlife indigenous to East Africa including the rare black rhino. In fact, the crater has the greatest concentration of wildlife on the planet. After a full-day game drive( 5 hours/ 6 hours), you can expect to be back in Arusha around 6:00 p.m. for an OverNight.
