What People Are Saying About New York

Way too much time looking at the Oculus and other mall...

Amanda was terrific... just too much time at the Oculus and other mall...we didn't have enough time to fully enjoy the museum

Wonderful Garment Center Shopping Program

I had always wanted to see what goes on in the garment center district. This program allowed for a glimpse of that and the shopping did not disappoint. The 6 showrooms we shopped carried widely varied items, from sportswear to accessories to coats and I found several lovely items to buy. And at wholesale, you really cant go wrong. We were a group of 8 women and a delightfully helpful guide who kept us entertained with interesting tidbits and also kept us on time. 2 designers actually greeted us, which lends a special dimension .this is not store shopping so people should not expect to see the same amount of stock.but what is there is worthwhile.

Friendliest and most knowledgeable tour guide!

Rory made this tour fun, delicious, entertaining, and educational. Eataly was fabulous. The Flatiron Building and environs were so architecturally impressive. The "tasters" at Schnippers and Bleekers were very good. I would totally recommend this tour because it's so different than just sitting on a bus seeing the sights.

A wonderful knowledge of history and architecture.

Well worth our time and money. She even made it great in 20 degree weather. Lots of good stories and buildings to see. She was very knowledgeable and could answer all our questions.

Opputunity to explore one of NYC's iconic landmarks. Great fun.

We'd suggest doing the tour at an off-peak time. Crowds make movement a bit tricky. But it was enlightening experience. If you are extremely curious, like us, and keep pushing the green button for additional information, the tour can take as much as 2 hours. We'd suggest the stops be renumbered to facilitate movement. Too much jumping around.
