What People Are Saying About New York
We had been to the top of the Former World Trade Center Twin Towers, several times. This was a healing activity. My husband is a former police officer and was very impressed with the security prodedures and police presence. We will reccomend this experience to all people we come in contact who are inquiring what to do in the Big Apple.
This was really a lot of fun. To see the NY skyline at night and to cruise right up to Lady Liberty was such a treat! We love Christmas, and not only is the city magical at this time of year, but this harbor Christmas cruise was the icing on top of the NY experience cake! I would definitely do this again.
The walking tour was interesting and informative. Jason had some fun stories and was very open to questions of all sorts. What set this tour apart was the back stage portion. It was so incredible to be up on the stage and see how all of the sets and props are organized and hear about all of the trap doors and elevators.
It was a place I had flown over many times, but never had the opportunity to see it up close with a tour. This trip made that possible. It was amazing going into the pedestal of the Statue of Liberty and seeing the making of that great piece of artwork. Our guide, Cody, covering every bit of information he could share with us, did so in an interesting manner, he made learning history fun. He did the same for The Ellis Island Tour. What a building, and what it stood for , once inside, I had such an emotional feeling of all the vibrations left by the ancestors. Passing through there after a long journey, not knowing what awaits you, the uncertainty of their future and the courage and stamina it took to get there. They are the foundation of this great country. Thank God for them.
Get to building early to avoid queuing and once up enjoy the whole panoramic views on offer.
