Hotel / breakfast ok. Good itinerary / guide, too short time

We have certainly seen a lot, which was unthinkable independently, but the times have been too short: better a duty free less, but more time for meals: 30 minutes is really too little. In addition, the itinerary was changed on the way back by lengthening the road because tourists of the 5-day tour to the hotel in New Jersey had to accompany them. The prepared and nice guide Bruno, however, should wait for all passengers before continuing on the most dispersive excursions, also the driver Cesare is good.

Nice guide and driver. Beautiful places.

The guide Micol was very nice and professional, also she gave us some tips during the trip. The hotel in Niagara Falls was regular with bad breakfast. Only 1,5 hour in the outlet, it is not enough. The bus is not very comfortable. But the tour is totally worth it.

A really worthwhile tour

The Niagara Falls were particularly worth seeing, and the thousand islands. There wasn't a lot to see in Toronto, there probably isn't enough time for that anyway. The hotels were all fine and the guide (Joseph) was very capable, nice and entertaining. His German wasn't exactly perfect but that never bothered us because we can speak fairly good English. The whole program ran very punctually (with the exception of one or two traffic related delays), for which the whole group must be thanked (this consisted of us two Austrians, a german couple with 2 teenagers and around 30 Israelis!!). The bus was fine too and the driver brought us home safely (to New York, I mean). This tour was really an unforgettable experience for us.
