What people are saying about New York City

Great museum, no reason to buy tix in advance

The Guggenheim is a marvelous place and we saw some great art and enjoyed some first-rate people watching too. But there's no reason to buy tickets in advance. You can't "skip the line." You get in the normal admission line, show the codes on your phone, and they print you a regular paper ticket. Fortunately the line was short, but it's hardly a timesaver to buy the tickets in advance. Annoying.

Amazing museum. Ticketing experience could only improve.

Loved the museum. The soul improvement would be the actual ticketing. The line was full, yet, there were workers assigned to help season ticket holders who were not helping with the “regular line.” At my home museum the season tickets holders have priority in the queue. There is also no benefit on buying a ticket in advance as I had to be in the same line as everyone who did not have tickets.

Fantastic tour of a sensitively presented exhibition.

Elizabeth our guide was excellent, bringing the tragedy of 9 / 11 to life in a sensitive and personal way. We thoroughly enjoyed all aspects, the tour, the museum, the memorial and the views from the observation deck of the new building 1 of the World Trade Centre.

A very interesting tour and well worth the money

We spent over the five hours completing the tour and could have taken longer but time was pressing. Our guide was very interesting, the museum very sobering and informative bringing back memories of the day, the Observatory was a good way to finish the event.

Seeing the USCG HH 52 A helicopter made the tour worthwhile alone

Enjoyed seeing the helicopter that I did medical rescues from in the Coast Guard in the 70’s Many exciting days when the adrenaline turned me up a few notches were brought to mind. Semper Paratus W. Lee Fanning MD Flight Surgeon USCG 1971 to 1973 (inactive)
