Excelente servicio. Puntual. Buena comunicación con el cliente. El avión aterrizando, y ya el chófer me estaba llamando (y eso que el avión llegó 20 minutos antes). Igual que el viaje de hotel-aeropuerto, el chófer estaba esperándonos. Cuando regrese a NY, de seguro los contrato nuevamente.

personnel très agréable. nous avons attendu 2 heures à l'immigration et à notre arrivée tardive au guichet, nous avons eu un bon accueil et dans les 10 minutes la navette nous emmenait à notre hôtel sur Madison avenue. très bonne prestation, en revanche peut être prévoir du personnel ayant des notions de français pour les touristes qui ne parlent pas anglais.

Notre avion avait du retard et le passage de la Douane fut long. Mais notre chauffeur nous a Appelé plusieurs fois pour suivre notre avancée Pour sortir de l’aéroport. Une fois la douane Passée nous avons attendu 5 min avant d’être pris En charge. Vraiment impeccable
