Really lovely day in New York

This sailing trip was exactly as described...just out of this world...we were in New York anyway and I booked it as a treat for my husband's birthday...it was very well received!!!!! The buffet was really tasty and there were as many drinks as you could want...I can only recommend it!!!!!!! Mustn't forget the very helpful and friendly crew of the ship either!!!!!!

NY relaxed from a different viewpoint

I booked the trip with family and up front, we enjoyed it. The crew was nice and always present when you needed something. The boat was big enough for the number of participants and clean. The buffet was nice but nothing spectacular with bagels, salmon, salami, cheese, and later on pastries. Beer. juice, coffee, and tea were there in abundance the entire time, so whoever was still hunger after had only himself to blame. About the trip: here we were a bit disappointed. We departed at the Hudson port toward Liberty Island. Here we drove around for 2 hours between the southern Manhattan skyline and the Statue of Liberty. I would have liked to go under the Brooklyn Bridge or so... all in all not enough. The weather was nice, but for those who want to see something for Manhattan, this tour is no alternative to the circle line. A relaxing, nice trip.

The highlight of our trip!

Words hardly do the sailing trip justice. The team aboard the clipper was friendly and enthusiastic and we were supplied with refreshments throughout the trip. Breakfast was more than satisfactory, there was all that anyone could want and enough for a group twice our size. The views of the Statue of Liberty, the skyline of Manhattan and the Brooklyn Bridge were unbelievable. A wonderful experience that I'll repeat each time I visit New York from now on.
