Raising bridges is a remarkable event to see, tickets are very easily and quickly provided via the GetYourGuide app. The only suggestion is, given that it is cold at night, it would be good to provide and offer visitors a blanket, for example, before the end of the ride it was very cold for me.

Elena the guide was excellent. Unfortunately the tour was delayed by 45 mins (admittedly prearranged to change from 9.00 to 9.30 but she and also the taxi were late) so when we got to a Peterhof the place was absolutely crowded out with other huge tours so we lost any advantage. The so called VIP entrance was a joke and we queued there for over half an hour all tightly bunched up together. Once inside the staff efficiently moved us through, but it was a race so no time to dwell and look at the Artifacts. I was not aware when booking that the 12th June was a public holiday, though the crowds going into the Palace where nearly all tourists. As said above Elena rose above the difficulty and kept cheerful and professional in very difficult circumstances. By the end of the day we did say we had enjoyed it, but only after a nice lunch in the restaurant there and walk round the grounds. The gold fountains were superb

Hi in Moscow I got a card to go around in saint Petersburg apart from the blunder on the part of Getyourguide cancellation of my pass the pass was ok. Unfortunately the new one I had to paid was in a form of a booklet in which you had to tear sections in order to use. That was very inconvenient. Also instead of looking for the place of collection you should have an office in the airport. The time for collection was also bad, 11 am is very late.

Best decision I have ever taken to do this tour with a guide. Andy, our tour guide, was a very professional knowledgeable person and we enjoyed every moment with him. He explained every detail in a unique engaged way which made us visualize and think of the history of Peterhof perfectly. I highly recommend to take this package because it includes variations of activities such as going to the palace by car and going back by a speed boat which gave us more attractions to see.
We hit the "hellish" weather in St. Petersburg. Thanks to the trip by bus and then by boat, we got to know a large part of the important monuments in the city without much effort. It took us about 6 hours in total. I recommend
Very good. An interesting excursion, saw the opening of three bridges, the Peter and Paul Fortress, the hare island. There is hot tea. Dress warmly .10/10 I advise everyone.
It was cool and even cold in places, but there were no blankets. Although it seems like they were announced on the site.
Amazing Tour. Must have in your St Petersburg iteniary, specially night boat ride. Smooth check in by boat operator.
