Experience some of Tennessee's most beautiful and historic architecture with Gray Line of Tennessee. See Andrew Jackson's beautiful home as it was in 1836. Then, visit the world renowned horse breeding farm Belle Meade Mansion, along with a wine tasting.
What to Expect
Take a journey back in time as you visit two of the most extraordinary and historic homes in the United States.
Resting on rolling land that in the 1800s made up an estate that was over 5,000 acres in size, you will find Belle Meade Mansion, an incredible example of Southern Greek Revival Ante-Belem Architecture, and formerly a world-renowned Thoroughbred farm.
This is a memorable place that you won't want to miss on your visit to Tennessee. Complete the tour of the mansion with a wine tasting at the Winery at Belle Meade.
Our Historic Tour continues on to The Hermitage, which was built as the home of our seventh President, Andrew Jackson. Historians consider this the best preserved early U.S. presidential home, and it is ready for you to explore just as it would have been in 1836.
From there, we'll take you back to Nashville, with a whole new insight into the history of the US south.
