The beauty of visiting the Greek islands is the ease at which you can jump between them, taking in the different sights. Catch a ferry from Mykonos to Naxos, Paros, Ios or Santorini to change up your holiday. Many of these destinations can also be reached with a day trip.
Mykonos is a quiet town, but there's plenty to do at night. Local laws on noise pollution are strict, which means you can't follow the music to find a great spot -- you need to know where you're going. Scandinavian Disco is a popular club and meeting point, but be aware, Europeans start to party late, so many won't get busy until after midnight.

What people are saying about Mykonos
We had the most exceptional tour guide in Brian, a Canadian born artist who has lived in Mykonos his entire adult life. Our group consisted of 4 lifelong friends who wanted to visit the "Shirley Valentine" beach of Agios Ioannis as part of our tour. Not only did Brian take us to this beach; but he, as fate would have it, had actually worked on the Shirley Valentine movie set and served as an extra in the filming of the movie. So he had lots of fun stories to share with us as our driver Achilles maneuvered us around the island. The tour ended with an informative walk through Mykonos Town and Brian leaving us, at our request, at a lovely restaurant on the harbor. We would highly recommend this tour.
+: Free transfer from hotel and back Very interesting guided tour on Delos (idk how to ignore it) Nice spot to swim near Rhenia -: A meal on the yacht could be more various. It was only pasta (and very small amount of fruits), so i don't eat pasta and feel little bit hungry =: It's not a matter of the tour, but the weather was windy and the sea was wavy. Yacht was so small, so we were bouncing on waves. Great applause and respect to the captain, who were keeping calm during the whole time of race. But if you have a sea-sick, you better not take this tour on a windy weather, so often in Mykonos
Great trek with superb guide, Gibson, and well as two fun Canadian girls! The only issue was the trek was only around 5km? I had booked the trek which stated we could continue onto the second part of the trek after lunch taking it to about 10km. This is what I wanted...a good 10km trek. This was not the case and we had to be collected at the 5km point at Fokos Beach? Our guide advised we would have to upgrade or pay more to continue but was not an option today so please be aware this is not a very long trek. More of a walk really. Still it’s great fun!
Probably the best guide we have ever had. She was very intelligent and really knew her subject matter. She had a wonderful sense of humor and a warm personality. Also, she had quite a memory and remembered all of our names throughout the tour!
Easy to follow instructions to find meeting point and collect tickets. Athena, our guide was an archaeologist at the site so was very informative. An excellent day all around!
