What people are saying about Museum of Fine Arts, Ghent

Admission with the ticket worked without any problems. Audio guide is also available free of charge. Very nicely curated permanent exhibition on Belgian art. You can discover many great artists who are hardly known outside Belgium and marvel at the old Flemish masters such as Rubens or Hyronymus Bosch. A must for art fans! I recommend planning 3-4 hours if you want to listen to the audio guide.

Immerse yourself in very different visual worlds - dreamy, fascinating, shocking, realistic, alienated and looking for yourself in the picture; in addition, an impressive architecture and a convincing hanging. Art cuisine with many thoughtful moments...

With its diverse collection, the museum is definitely worth a visit for anyone interested in art. I can recommend the audio guide. On a Friday at 10:00 a.m. I was the first visitor and was practically alone in the premises. Duration: approx. 2 hours.
