I enjoyed most of the included attractions, but didn't realize it was marathon weekend when booking. The hop on/off bus operator at Acropolis discouraged my husband and me from using the pass during the weekend, which was really annoying because it wasn't like we had another option in terms of timing. Would recommend including the armor exhibit at the Kotsanas museum. We had a great time there. Didn't make it out to the illusions museum or Herakleidon one. I think a 2-3 day pass is enough. We could've done it all if we had stayed closer to Plaka or the tour bus was running normally.

Ancient greeks had robots. And steam power. And mechanical alarm clocks! The single most fascinating site in Athens. It's not big, but it's well designed for both adults and kids. Do yourself a favor and take the guided tour. Dimitris, our guide, walked us passionately and knowledgeably through ancient inventions. We were hooked 🙂

We had a great trip and the city pass had made everything easier. Customer services was quick and helpful as we got a the german tickets sent first time. One thing that is not included in the city pass and is worth going and looking at is the Olimpic stadium £10 per person.

Our family with adult children had a great time participating in the various hands on exhibits. We did the guided tour as well, very enjoyable and fun.

everything was excellent, but a better explanation about the winter and summer schedule of the hop on hop off buss would be appreciated
