Funny, knowledgeable, and easy going guides took us on a wonderful hike up the volcano. We were never concerned about safety or pushing the limits. Max did an incredible job navigating the terrain and explaining every feature we encountered! Super easy to book and clear instructions were sent to us before arrival.

We chose the trekking option and we were pleasantly surprised. You have to be in good physical shape because they are like 5 hours walking. The tour is amazing, they left me pants, jacket, boots, helmet and a stick for the excursion. I recommend it 100%, the best I have done in Sicily.

Great tour guides and great experience. All equipment is included, you don't have to pay anything, except for the gondola and the bus (but this is the case with all of them, as the guides have nothing to do with the transport company). It was particularly positive that the tour did not go as far as the crater rim in accordance with the safety precautions, but still as high as it was safely possible. For this, the route that the buses drive was climbed on foot through lava fields and then even further up to 2950 m. Those who only travel by bus, miss the experience of the volcano - and the many information, stories and facts about the Etna. Recommended all round! Thanks to Max, great guide!
