What a wonderful experience. The driver, and speed boat operator were lovely. Our Guide Mathias was a kind gentleman who really sent the experience over the top. Dominican people are beautiful inside and out. He went above and beyond to make it memorable. The bus ride was a little long and I was car sick between buses so I would advise taking something prior. Although the speed boat might not be for everyone, I absolutely loved it. A tour through mangroves and a quick zip to the island. The island snorkeling was unbelievable. I spend most of my time on the outside of the reef where you could see the different varieties of coral. No shortage of tropical fish either. The traditional Dominican lunch was amazing. Anyone who complains shouldn’t travel, in my opinion. The cigar factory was a nice end to our excursion. I sampled some traditional Dominican delights, some chocolate and the Mamajuana. A beautiful memory for us. I hope to return some day.

The Cayo Arena and mangrove tour is an unforgettable experience that blends natural beauty with exceptional service. The journey across the open ocean to reach Cayo Arena is nothing short of magical, with stunning views that set the stage for what's to come. Once you arrive, you're greeted by pristine turquoise waters and soft, golden sand—truly a little piece of heaven. The breathtaking scenery will make you fall in love instantly. The tour continues with a visit to the Monte Cristi Mangroves, a must-see for anyone interested in the region's natural wonders. The national park offers a glimpse into the area's rich biodiversity, with lush mangroves and calm waterways. The staff on the tour were friendly and knowledgeable, making the experience even more enjoyable. To top it all off, the lunch provided was superb, perfectly complementing the day's adventures. Highly recommended!
