The operator has initiated a Whatsapp message to remind me before the trip. It gave me a peace of mind to stay in touch with them as I didn't have a local phone number to call. Our guide Kaleb was punctual to meet us at the meeting point. He is knowledgeable and funny. The Fall is stunning and reallly worth to see at least once in a lifetime. The boat ride is a highlight of the trip which cannot be missed.
Our tour guide, Tracy, was truly exceptional. She is undoubtedly one of the best in her profession. Her accommodating nature and approachable demeanor made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this tour as it showcases the stunning wonders of Niagara Falls, and Tracy’s warm welcome added a special touch. This tour is a must for anyone visiting Toronto!
The only thing was that my daughters shoes got wet and it was cold, so everything was wonderful but we had to figure out how to keep her dry
The tour was amazing, I would definitely go back! Caled was very kind and drove us safely for an unforgettable tour.
Loved the ‘Behind the Falls’ and lightening up the Falls section. Dinner was average but still fun
