We booked this trip last night just before bed. It was a fly by the seat of our pants last minute decision, and it was THE BEST DAY!! Our tour guide Adam Nice was great, helpful, knowledgeable and he even took us on a surprise visit to a light garden that was absolutely stunning. We didn't really research journey behind the falls and we were in the lobby and Adam came up to us and asked us if we wanted to do it, we ended up doing it as we didn't want to just sit and wait around for 40 minutes. I'm so glad we did it! It was the highlight of the entire day. I'm so glad he asked us one last time if we wanted to go. I then asked him if he was going to come with us and he came along for the journey which was nice. It was a fast trip to Niagara Falls but we were able to pack in so much today. We will definitely be returning back to Niagara falls for a few days next time. Great tour, fantastic tour guide, Adam Nice, keep up the great work. Would definitely recommend Queen's Tour.

The trip was nothing less than magical, the falls are amazing and we saw them by day and by night! we were lucky to be there during Winter Light festival and see the fireworks, It was truly magnificent ! plenty of time to explore Clifton Hill too, every stop were very nice ! I loved the Maple sirup tasting! Many thanks to Adam Nice, our guide and driver, who was extra nice and told us everything he knew about the place, it was very interesting and I felt very safe ! Would recommand 100%, with the behind the fall and elevator !

Salvatore was a fantastic tour guide!!! Everything was on time. He gave us nice information, without talking too much. We had a lot of free time to see everything by our own. And if we needed help or some information he supported us immediately! The whole tour is amazing. The Niagara Falls are a once in a lifetime experience!!! (Especially in the winter months) A little highlight for us was to be able to explore Clifton hill and the maple syrup tasting. Thank you very much for this experience! Special thanks to Salvatore!

Everything was amazing. Thanks to Adam our brilliant tour guide we saw all highlights what was possible and got information about some places what we were passing through during the trip. I’m happy to choose especially this tour as we were able to see Niagara Falls both in daylight and night 🤩 And still we catch the Christmas lights with amazing Fireworks 🎆 at the end of the tour. It was a wonderful experience thank you 🙏

Mr. John, our driver and tour guide, was punctual with the pickup and drop-off times. He was an excellent guide, providing valuable information on interesting topics about Toronto. He also guided us along the journey to Niagara Falls. Although the freezing temperature was beyond control, visiting Niagara Falls in summer would be more desirable.
