The tour was good. Our driver made it fun and interesting. We were able to see quite a few places and heard some stories about the different sites. The only part that we didn't like was that we had to get our on ride back to where we were picked up. I feel that if you take the alcatraz cruise you should then be returned to your original pick up place.

The customer service was fabulous! We booked the night before and didn't realize we had to call to confirm the pickup location. We did so the next morning and even though they didn't have us on a list, they got us on a van. The tour was in English and Italian which was PERFECT! We're Italian but I don't speak it, so it was an added bonus. Torston was such a great guide. I would tour with him again!! Well worth the money!

Kathy met us at our hotel and designed a great tour for us that familiarized us with parts of San Francisco that we were interested in seeing. She was engaging, upbeat, educated and really knows the city. She made us feel welcome and she offered us excellent information and tips for the rest of our stay. We highly recommend a tour like this early in one's trip to a new city to get a basic lay of the area.
