Classes are available in the morning, at approximately 10:00, or the evening, starting at 18:00. Working in small groups of between 2 and 6 people for a more intimate experience, start with a chat about the daily menu and to get to know each other.
Then, prepare 4 different dishes based on classic Italian recipes, cooking for about 2.5 hours to prepare sweet desserts and regional specialties.
At the end of your lesson, sit down with your fellow cooks to savor the fruits of your labor. The focus is on a sociable experience, so you will be served wine or beer with your meal.
