It was good overall. The volume of the videos and information was a bit too loud. The wait was not too bad at all and moved along fairly quickly! Once up to the top floor, the sight was wonderful, it wasn't too packed for a Saturday, and it had an awesome view of every part of the city. I would definitely recommend at night!

My guide showed good knowledge of Chicago. He seemed very personable as well. Probably too much food at the end. As glad as I was to get a taste of the Chicago classics, the three stops were overkill. Plus, stopping for chocolate at Fannie May? Seriously, I can get that anywhere. Not a treat specific to Chicago at all.

Our tour Guide was so friendly. He was knowledgeable and fun. The only thing I would add is to have a speaker for him to talk through for people in the back. With mask and construction it made his great information hard to hear. I would definitely recommend this tour to my family and friends.

Wonderful tour. Our guide, Wallach, was very informative and easy to talk with. I’d recommend this experience to anyone interested in Chicago’s history & architecture.

This would have been a great way to go had I known didn’t actually need the fast pass. The tickets are cheaper at the box office at the Institute.
